Partial addresses given to the citizens of Washington Territory, circa 1852-1889.

This collection consists of 2 separate addresses that were written during the Territorial Days of Washington State. Neither seems to be complete. It can't be determined who wrote the addresses, who gave the addresses or exactly when they were written. They are handwritten. One has a caption title: "To the citizens of Wash. Ter." The other address has numbered pages and it appears that page 1 is missing and signed "Your Fellow Citizen" and refers to Isaac Stevens in the address. Both addresses are addressing politics in Washington Territory.
